Merancang Sistem IoT Berbasis Arduino Untuk Monitoring Suhu Dalam Akuarium

Abstract


Water temperature monitoring in aquarium is essential for maintaining optimal fish health and growth. However, manual monitoring is considered inefficient due to the time and effort required. This study aims to design a temperatur monitoring system based on the internet of Things (IoT) using an Arduino microcontroller and a DS18B20 digital temperatur sensor. The system is capable of reading water temperatur in real-time and displaying it through an LCD screen, as well as providing visual indicator when significant temperature changes occur. Testing results  show that the system has high accurancy, with an average deviation of less than 0.4°C compared to a conventional digital thermometer. Additionally, the temperature data can be accessed through a local network automatically without manual intervention. This system is considered effective, efficient, and automated terperature monitoring platfrom in aquaculture applications.
