PENGARUH PEMBERIAN JENIS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) DAN PUPUK KANDANG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN CABAI MERAH (CAPSICUM ANNUM L.)

Abstract

Influence of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) Type and Animal Manure on Growth and Yield of Red Chili Plants (Capsicum annuum L.). The aim of the study is to examine the effect of the type of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and the type of animal manure, as well as to observe the interaction between the two treatments tested. The method used is a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) arranged in a factorial manner consisting of 2 factors applied to red chili plants and repeated three times. The first factor is POC type with four treatment levels: P0 = Control, P1 = POC Nasa, P2 = POC Beensae, P3 = POC Kalizer. The second factor is animal manure type with four treatment levels: H0 = Control, H1 = Goat manure, H2 = Chicken manure, H3 = Quail manure. The observed parameters are: plant height (cm), flowering age (days), number of fruits, fruit length (cm), fruit weight (g). The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Based on the data, it was found that the POC type had no significant effect on all tested parameters, while the animal manure type had significant effects on plant height, number of fruits, and fruit weight, but not on flowering age and fruit length. There was no interaction between POC and animal manure in relation to growth and yield of red chili plants.
