HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN CUCI TANGAN BERSIH SECARA 6 LANGKAH DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA ANAK KELAS V MIN 5 ULEE KARENG BANDA ACEH TAHUN 2018
Abstract
Hand washing is one of the most effective ways to break the transmission chain of infection, or a sanitizing action by cleaning the fingers with water or with other liquids.1 Wash the right hands thoroughly by doing the procedure from the back of the hand to the wrist.2 Diarrhea is a disease characterized by more defecation (defecation) more than usual / more than three times a day accompanied by changes in the consistency of the stool becomes more fluid. Diarrhea is an infectious disease that can be transmitted through the fecaloral that can be caused by not doing handwashing six steps. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between the level of knowledge of clean hand washing 6 steps with the occurrence of diarrhea in MIN 5 UleeKareng. This research uses Cross-Sectional method by using questionnaire to 59 students. The results obtained level of knowledge of handwashing clean 6 step category good (64%) and not good (36%). Diarrhea incidence in students as many as 11 children (19%) and not diarrhea 48 students (81%). After done by statistic test result of research of p-value less than determination (0.010 <0.050) which shows Ho rejected which means there is relation of knowledge level of hand wash clean 6 step with diarrhea occurrence.
