Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Remaja Puteri Tentang Nyeri Haid Dengan Pemeriksaan Kepelayanan Kesehatan Di SMP Negeri 1 Jeumpa Aceh Barat Daya

Abstract


The incidence of dysmenorrhea in this world is very large. On average, more than 50% of women in every world experience it. In Indonesia, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is around 55%, however those who go to health services are very few, namely only 1-2%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of female students about dysmenorrhea and examination of health services. This type of research is analytic with a cross sectional design, using a questionnaire, a sample with a total sampling technique of 102female students. The results of the study of 102 female students showed that the majority of students had good knowledge as many as 71 students (70%), 80 students (78%) had positive attitudes, and 61 students who to check health services during menstruation (60%). The results of the analysis using the Chi square test is it found three correlation variables (p = 0.001, α = 0.05), this proves that there is a relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of female student about dysmenorrheaand examination to health services
