PENGARUH PENDEKATAN CTL MELALUI KEARIFAN LOKAL ACEH SELATAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS SISWA

Abstract


This study aims to compare the problem-solving abilities of students taught through CTL based on the local wisdom of South Aceh and those taught through conventional learning. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with the population and sample consisting of seventh-grade students of SMPN 3 Samadua. The results showed that the significance value obtained from the independent samples t-test was 0.007 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of H₀ and acceptance of H₁. Therefore, it can be concluded that students’ problem-solving abilities taught using CTL based on local wisdom are better than those taught through conventional learning
