EVALUASI PROGRAM EKSTRAKURIKULER DI SMA NURUL BAROKAH KABUPATEN BOGOR
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the extracurricular programs at SMA Nurul Barokah, Bogor Regency. The background of this research highlights the importance of extracurricular activities in supporting students' holistic development, including skills, character, and faith. The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model was employed to evaluate the program's effectiveness. Research subjects included teachers, the principal, and tenth-grade students. The research process involved collecting data through interviews and documentation, which were then analyzed using NVivo-13 Plus. The results indicate that the extracurricular programs are viewed positively in various aspects. In terms of context, the programs are relevant to students' needs. Regarding input, the school has provided adequate facilities and coaching staff. The implementation process is routine and structured, with students showing high enthusiasm. In terms of product, students achieved accomplishments in competitions and experienced increased faith and self-confidence. It is recommended that the school improve facilities, evaluate scheduling, and continuously motivate students. This research implies that ongoing evaluation is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of extracurricular programs in achieving the desired educational goals
