Focus and Scope
Agriflora Journal of Agricultural Science aims to provide a forum for Indonesian researchers on applied agricultural science, animals science, animal husbandry to publish the original articles.
The scope of Agriflora Journal are plant/crop science, agronomy, horticulture, plant breeding, soil plant science, agroforestry, animal science, animal husbandry, agribisnis and plant protection.

Peer Review Process
All submissions received will be selected by the editorial board.
The entry will first be checked against the plagiarism action using the Plagiarism checker software
Selected manuscripts will be sent to a reviewer. Peer review carried out by double-blind review to ensure objectivity in assessing the feasibility of the manuscript. Reviewer decides in four categories, which are accepted the submission, revisions required, resubmit for review, and decline submission. The selected manuscript will be edited and published. Normal turn-around time for evaluation of manuscripts is three to five months from the date of receipt.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Ethics and Infringement
Agriflora Journal, is a peer-reviewed national journal, which is available in online version. This journal is published twice a year (Mei & November). The maintain its international standard, the journal provides important information on terms and conditions applied to authors. ethical behaviours attached to authors in this journal.
Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication
Authors of the article in the journal should manage to cite properly. All sources should be properly cited either through paraphrasing or direct quotation. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the manuscripts submitted. Authors should maintain the originality of the article and no article submitted to different journal is accepted.
Publication decisions
The publication of any article in the journal is made by the editors and the managing editor. This decision is made based on recommendation from reviewers of the article.
Plagiarism Screening
The manuscripts submitted to the journal should be free from any acts of plagiarism. The managing editor will also uses certain mechanisms to guarantee that the manuscripts received are free from plagiarism.
Fair play
The editor should assess manuscripts for their intellectual contens regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political tendency of the authors.
Confidentiality
The editors will not disclose any informaion about submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding authors, reviewers, , other editorial advisers, and the publisher as appropriate.
Disclosure and conflicts of interest
Unpublished materials will not be used in an editor’s own research without securing a written consent fromthe author.
Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Agriflora Journal reviewed by reviewers in “review double-blind” form. Decision for publication, amandment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendations. If dissenting opinions between the first reviewer occur, the second reviewer will be assigned.
Standards of Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively. Criticism on the personal basis to author is inappropriate..
Acknowledgement of Sources
Reviewers should identify relevant cited work in the manuscripts being reviewed. A reviewer is to consult managing editor on issues related to references or on any other concerns.
Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Any ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and is not used for personal advantage. Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connecions with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.
Reporting standards
Authors should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discusson of its significance. The paper should be based on accurate data. The paper should also contain sufficient detail and references.
Originality and Plagiarism
The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, this should have been appropriately cited or quoted.
Multiple, Redundant or Concurrent Publication
The authors should not publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.
Acknowledgement of Sources
Proper acknowledgement of the work of others must always be given. The authors should cite publication that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work.
Authorship of the Paper
Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they should be acknowledged or listed as contributors. The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for pubication.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
All authors should disclose in their manuscript any financial or other substantive conflict of interest that might be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.
Fundamental errors in published works
When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.

Submitted articles: Rp.0. The author is not charged anything for submitting articles.
Administration Charges
Every article submitted to Jurnal Agriflora will have 'Article Processing Charges' (APCs) is subject to a fee of Rp. 300,000. But for printing and shipping costs will be charged according to this rule.
