POTENSI PEMANFAATAN BERBAGAI JENIS ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH DAN LAMA PERENDAMAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN VEGETATIF SETEK TANAMAN TIN (Ficus carica L.)

Abstract


The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the use and length of soaking using various types of  PGR on growth in the vegetative phase of fig cuttings, as well as to determine the interaction of the use of GR from shallots, coconut water and growtone on growth in the vegetative phase of fig cuttings. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) method with a 3x4 factorial pattern with 3 groups. The data obtained is data analyzed using the F test. If the F test analysis shows a real effect, then it is continued with an honest significant difference test at a probability level of 5% (BNJ 0,05) to compare the treatment means. The results of research on the administration of various growth regulator substances (GR) studied had a very significant effect on shoot length (15, 30, 45, 60.75 and 90 DAP) and had a significant effect on the leaf number parameters at age (15 and 30 DAP). So it can be concluded that there is a very real interaction in the shoot length parameters with the treatment of various growth regulators (GR) and the length of soaking. The best treatment of various growth regulators (GR) and soaking time is found in the combination found in Z1L3.
