RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN CABAI MERAH BESAR (Capsicum annum L.) AKIBAT APLIKASI JENIS MEDIA TANAM DAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR POC NASA
Abstract
" Growth Response and Yield of Big Red Chili (Capsicum annum L.) Due to the Application of NASA POC Liquid Organic Fertilizer and Planting Media. This study aims to determine the growth response and yield of large red chili (Capcisum annum L.) due to the application of this type of planting media and NASA POC liquid organic fertilizer. This study used a 4 x 4 factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications, so there were 16 treatment combinations and 48 experimental units. The first factor studied was the type of planting medium (M) M0 = Soil (control), M₁ = Soil + sand (2:1), M₂ = Soil + manure (2:1). While the second factor studied was the dose of NASA Liquid Organic Fertilizer (P) with a dose of P0 = Without Liquid Organic Fertilizer (control), P₁ = 8 ml/L water per polybag, P₂ = 10 ml/L water per polybag and P₃ = 12 ml /L of water per poly bag. The results showed that the application of the type of planting media had a significant effect on plant height aged 15 and 45 days after planting, plant diameter aged 15, 30 and 45 days after planting, and diameter of red chili fruit in the treatments tried and had no significant effect on plant height. 30 days after planting. The interaction between the types of planting media and NASA POC liquid organic fertilizer was found in the number of fruits per plant where the highest average was found in M3P3 (Soil + Burnt Husk 2:1 and Concentration 12 ml/1 liter of water).
