FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PREEKLAMSIA PADA KEHAMILAN DI RSUD MEURAXA BANDA ACEH
Abstract
Preeclampsia is a serious complication of pregnancy, characterized by hypertension and proteinuria after 20 pregnancies. This article discusses the factors associated with an increased risk of preeclampsia. This study aims to determine what are the factors associated with preeclampsia in pregnancy at Meraxa Hospital Banda Aceh. The type of research is analytic with a Cross Sectional approach used to measure the independent and dependent variables simultaneously to determine the relationship between age, parity, knowledge, history of hypertension and Antenatal Care (ANC) examination with the incidence of preeclampsia. The population was 55, namely all pregnant women who came to check pregnancy at Meraxa Banda Aceh Hospital in February 2023, then in sampling was done by purposive sampling with the Slovin formula which amounted to 36 respondents, the instrument used was a questionnaire and testing the hypothesis with the Chi-square test The statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between the incidence of preeclampsia with age (p = 0) and knowledge (p = 0) There was no relationship between preeclampsia with parity (p = 0, 765) history of hypertension (p = 0. 06) and antenatal care examination (p - 0.813) There is a relationship between age, knowledge with the incidence and there is no relationship between parity, history of hypertension, antenatal care examination with the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at Mearaxa Banda Aceh Hospital.
