Pengobatan Gratis dan Pembagian Sembako Kepada Korban Bencana Banjir di Gampong Ingin Jaya, Kecamatan Rantau, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang
Abstract
The high vulnerability of disasters in Indonesia from these various aspects has certainly raised concerns from various parties, one of which is higher education institutions. In the various disasters that have occurred in Indonesia, universities have always been involved in various efforts to respond quickly to humanitarian aid and recovery efforts. Community service activities in the form of free medical treatment and distribution of groceries in general aim to: Increase awareness of the academic community of the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Abulyatama, assist the people of Aceh Tamiang Regency in post-flood recovery in terms of free medical treatment and distribution of basic necessities, encourage initiatives to develop collaborative networks between institutions that focusing on disaster management, making a real contribution to the people of Rantau District in assisting various efforts to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the ongoing disaster management. While the method of community service activities is starting from the problems that exist in the Rantau District of Aceh Tamiang Regency which are experiencing activity problems, then the way to solve the problem is through two stages; 1) Through registration/data collection, 2); Consult a doctor. Actions given such as administering drugs according to the illness, then actions taken such as diagnosing diseases experienced by the community, checking blood pressure and questioning related to disease.
