Abstract

Abstract: Al Ikhlas Mosque is located in Ilie Village Ulee Kareng District of Banda Aceh City. Al
Ikhlas Mosque was a small mosque and then developed into a mosque. Al Ikhlas Mosque was built
with self-supporting fund of community. Al Ikhlas Mosque had expansion, the addition of the second
floor, and the manufacture of dome. The drawings, Budget Plan and other technical matters is
assisted and accompanied by the Mosque Development Committee formed by the Village Head. In
formulating the development of the mosque, village officials community leaders and development
committees conducted mentoring activities including several meetings to discuss the issue of mosque
development. Thus it is expected that the development of the mosque will be directed and in
accordance with the wishes of the villagers. Concrete calculation refers to SNI 2847-2013. Steel
calculation refers to SNI 1729-2015. The loading calculation refers to SNI 1727-2013. Calculation
of earthquake SNI 03-1726-2012. Al Ikhlas Mosque Cost Budget Plan is calculated based on several
components of costs, namely the price of building materials, wage, taxe and profit. The price of
building materials and wage are taken based on the provisions of the Banda Aceh City Government.
Taxe and profit are taken based on the provisions of the Ministry of Public Works.
